Focus 21 has collaborated with MiX Consultancy on a grand-scale audiovisual set-up at life science organisation Bayer’s new UK headquarters.
The installation has been designed with content sharing and modern efficiency at the forefront, promoting a seamless working connection with Bayer’s main HQ in Germany.
A Central Crestron control system connects 400 individual devices in the building’s 60 rooms, including screens, projectors and other collaborative work tools.
Skype-enabled meeting rooms use a Crestron Digital Media Multiform Transmitter, Biamp conference room docking solutions, a Logitech PTZ webcam, an Innovox Soundbar and NEC displays in a variety of sizes ranging from 46″ to 84″.
The building’s restaurant area doubles down as both a cafeteria for staff and an additional presentation area, with booths equipped with 32″ NEC displays, a Cisco video conferencing and data presentation system, as well as additional 46″ NEC displays and a Christie Projector.
The Baylab Inspirational Space is a laboratory environment equipped with a Draper 109” screen and an NEC projector, plus SMART Kapp IQ Pro screens, all controlled by a Crestron panel capable of wired or wireless presenting.
