At the beginning of the year, Kopin announced its first Lightning OLED one-inch microdisplay (Kopin’s New 2Kx2K OLED on Si Panel to Advance VR Image Quality) and said that since then has had positive reaction from VR experts to the VR image quality.
The company has also announced that with Goertek, it has developed a mobile VR headset that uses its microdisplay.
