iWedia and HiSilicon issued a statement clarifying that their recent collaboration on Android solutions, running the Teatro-3.5 STB software solution from iWedia on the Hi3798MV200, the latest UHD STB chipset from HiSilicon, is based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and not Android TV.
This is what iWedia said at TV Connect – clearly the reference to Android TV is wrong.
