Kumar Chinnaswamy, general manager of wireless charging at Intel Experiences Group, has said that smartphones using wireless charging solutions from Intel will be available early next year. The technology is also forecast to reach tablets and laptops in the second half of 2015.
Certifications for several smartphones are “ready to go” according to Chinnaswamy.
