Intel is aiming to ship 25 million tablet processors in the second half of the year, said sources in the Asian supply chain. The company is said to be working ‘aggressively’ with Taiwan- and China-based tablet makers to achieve its goal. Intel expects more than 200 Intel-based tablets to be released this year. It is targeting 40 million shipments for 2014 as a whole.
