Industry leaders in the US have launched a new trade association for commercial service contracts; the National Commercial Service Contract Association recently held their inaugural meeting.
The meeting took place on January 12th and covered regulatory uncertainty surrounding the regulation of commercial service contracts, the lack of uniformity in the regulation of commercial service contracts, the development of industry best practices for compliance, risk management, operational efficiency, analytics and other areas, and product development innovation.
The meeting was also broadcast live via GoToWebinar for those who couldn’t attend.
