We often find that LED display resolution (not LCD displays with LED backlights, but small pixel pitch LED boards) is misunderstood, even in the display industry. Press releases describe these displays as ‘Full HD’ or ‘4k’, when giving the pixel pitch – the distance between the LED ‘pixels’ – is much more useful.
