Iiyama Brings Procap to Public Space

The T2435MSC-B2 is a new Iiyama Prolite monitor: a large multi-touch model with procap technology. The 24″ display supports up to 10 touch points.

An edge-to-edge design is used, with the front glass flush with bezels. The monitor features a built-in webcam, microphone and stereo speakers. It also has a low blue light function, to reduce eye fatigue.

An ergonomic stand means that the monitor can be tilted all the way back (15° – 70°), to be used as a large tablet. The display’s glass hardness is rated 7H, and the product is IP54-compliant, for use in public spaces.

The VA panel has 1920 x 1080 resolution; a 6ms response time; 3,000:1 contrast ratio; and 178° viewing angles. Brightness is 250 cd/m², or 215 cd/m² with the touch overlay.

DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI-D, USB-A (x2) and USB-B connections are featured, as well as two 1W speakers.

Iiyama is selling the monitor now, for €335 ex VAT.
