HTC has a new ‘Business Edition’ of its Vive Flow headset (Vive Flow Headset uses Dual LCDs) which was launched last year. The headset has new software including a ‘kiosk mode’ to allow content to be queued and remotely triggered for trade shows or training purposes.
There is also a new 3DOF controller that can be used with the business or consumer versions of the headset.
The headset costs $499/€550.
What We Think
The firm previously said that it was hoping that this light headset might be used in organisations such as care homes and by ‘other therapy and wellness’ providers – the kiosk mode could be useful for this. (BR)
