Filings with the FCC have confirmed that HTC will be making the smaller version of the Google Pixel 2 smartphone. The phone is also expected to have a feature called “Active Edge” which is similar to an Edge Sense squeezable feature that HTC has. The phone is expected to have an 18:9 display and support up to 64GB and a SnapDragon 835 or 836 and is likely to be available in October. Other rumours identify LG as the suppler of the Pixel XL 2.
As we have previously reported, the phones are expected to have a 5″ FullHD display or a 6″ Quad HD (2880 x 1440).
