Optoma has supplied three XU510T laser phosphor projectors to highlight a ‘Louis XIII pop-up boutique’ at iconic London department store, Harrods. The units were mounted in the ceiing and projected animations onto a book, wedding cake, bottle, and via a mirror – in a stand-alone window. The occasion was the 100th anniversary of the Louis XIII cognac brand. The installation was created by Projection Artworks and there is a video online.
“The window display is stunning and literally stops people in their tracks. Projection mapping, using Optoma laser projectors with Display Mapper, allowed us to create this daylight-visible window display and show this prestige brand in a beautiful creative way.” Andy Eastbury, Retail Projects Manager at Projection Artworks.
