A New Zealand content creator, the Giggle Entertainment Network has developed to be available in 1,200 locations in the country by supplying a one hour repeating comedy channel. The company found that viewers can get bored with news or advertising, but will watch the content and then see adverts. The network is funded by advertising and displays are supplied free of charge to cafes, gyms, bars and waiting rooms. Most are 43″ or 55″ although some are as small as 10″ countertop displays.
