Fujitsu has nominated Tatsuya Tanaka as its new president, to replace Masami Yamamoto when his tenure comes to an end in June 2015. Since April last year, Tanaka has been overseeing Fujitsu’s operations in Asia, outside of Japan, as senior vice president. In June, when his appointment is approved by the board of directors, Yamamoto will take on the role of chairman.
