Everlight Electronics has announced that South Korea’s patent authority has revoked Seoul Semiconductor’s appeal to invalidate one of its patents following an 11-month legal battle between the two companies. (Seoul Semiconductor Files Patent Lawsuit)
Back in February, the UK patent court came down in favour of Seoul Semiconductor’s request to invalidate one of Everlight’s UK patents. Seoul Semiconductor later sued Everlight for over a million dollars in legal costs.
