EIZO announced the delivery and installation of over 400 monitors in Belgocontrol’s tower and aviation centre in Steenokkerzeel, Belgium. Raptor SQ2825 2K x 2K primary control monitors and auxiliary monitors of varying sizes and features sets from EIZO’s wide range are now used at Belgocontrol’s OPS room, CANAC (Computer Assisted National Air Traffic Centre), and regional airports. In addition to meeting the technical requirements as defined by Belgocontrol, each application takes advantage of a unique feature from EIZO.
Product design allowed for smooth installation into consoles, color calibration capability in some models ensures specific color tones are achieved for referencing important information, and size variation flexibly meets different usage scenarios.
Mr. Jean-Christophe Cagnati, Enterprise Technical Systems Architect at Belgocontrol said, “We would like to thank the EIZO team for being such a customer-oriented supplier. In my personal opinion, their attitude and responsiveness are great (intangible!) assets for us. I am very pleased Belgocontrol could make such a beneficial partnership and that it is going to remain strong for a long time. Not to forget that EIZO is Belgocontrol’s main partner for ATM monitor provision, based on an 8-year service contract.”
