DTG and Deutsche TV Plattform have announced the dates for their seventh joint Plugfest, which will take place at the 3IT Innovation Center for Immersive Imaging Technologies in Berlin from December 5th to the 7th.
The firms’ first joint Ultra HD Plugfest took place at 3IT Berlin in December 2015.
According to the official press release, the equipment line-up includes TV sets, AV receivers, set-top boxes and PCs, while topics include interoperability with respect to HDMI interfaces and HDCP 2.2 copy protection, the switching behaviour between HDR and SDR, next-generation audio and 3D sound.
