Invidis highlighted new products for DOOH kiosks and double-sided window displays from high-brightness LCD specialist Dynascan at this year’s ISE event. The firm has extended into full kiosks that are ready for 24/7 use in all weather conditions as well as being ‘vandal-proof’.
The firm has a new range of sunlight-capable, window-oriented displays that are brighter, consume less power and are smaller in bulk and weight. Typically, they have 3,000 cd/m² on the out-facing side and 1,000 cd/m² on the inside-facing display. Products are available from 43″ to 75″ and to keep presentations smart, they feature hidden cable management.
What We Think
Although LG and Samsung have also taken some of this kind of business, Dynascan has continued to be able to differentiate itself in this increasingly competitive segment of the market. (BR)
