The Elec in Korea reports that Dong A Eltek, a maker of inspection equipment has been profiting from increased investment in OLED production by Visionox of China. Six of its G6 OLED lines will use a de-mura system from the company.
What We Think
Eliminating mura (visually obvious defects) has always been a challenge for OLED. The image below is of an uncompensated panel shown to us at SID in 2015. It’s unusual to see an uncompensated panel.(BR)
