Specialist UK display supplier, Densitron Technologies, has been acquired by Quixant plc, which is a supplier to the gaming industry and has a strong Taiwan operation, but is listed on the London AIM stock exchange.
Nick Jarmany, CEO of Quixant plc, said: “Densitron’s addition to the Quixant group brings a wealth of experience and expertise in selling complex display and electronic solutions to the global industrial market. Densitron has a highly professional sales network with local presence in all the major regions. Quixant will be working to leverage its strengths to help Densitron accelerate its growth into the future”.
Densitron will adopt new branding that reflects the name and the new ownership.
