CSOT will use part of the capacity of its new fab in Shenzen (TCL’s CSOT Commences Production of High Generation Panel Modules) to make OLED TV panels according to the OLED-A, quoting information released at CSOT’s Investor day. The report said that 20,000 of the 90,000 per month G10.X fab will be dedicated to backplanes for OLEDs based on oxide TFT technology.
