KOE (the industrial group in JDI) has introduced a new 4.2″ IPS LCD with 480 x 272 resolution and described as ‘Rugged+’ and suitable for applications including industrial process control, marine instrumentation, aerospace, in-vehicle displays and medical equipment. The TX11D201VM0BAA display has a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +90°C. Brightness is 750cd/m² and the display has an integrated PWM dimming control, while contrast is 1,500:1. 8 bit RGB colour is supported over a 68-pin CMOS data interface.
