Com Hem Finalises Boxer Purchase

In Sweden, Com Hem (a cable company) has completed its acquisition of the Boxer business which will add 500,000 DTT customers to the Com Hem business. The preliminary purchase consideration of SEK1,631 million ($190 m), including net cash of SEK301 million ($35 m) as of September 30, has been financed by SEK800 million ($95 m) in new credit, along with existing credit facilities and cash. The acquisition has been approved by competition authorities.
