What They Say
Boxlight said that it has won a $5 million contract for Clevertouch displays in Texas and won orders worth $1.75 million in Australia in Q4. The firn believes it is the #1 brand in Australia.
The initial rollout included the installation of 615 front of classroom Impact touchscreens, along with Lynx Whiteboard and Clevershare software, across 40 campuses serving 25,000 students and 2,500 faculty members. The initial phase will be closely followed by a second order for a further 1,200 Impact touchscreens in 2021, with an overall total of 3,000 Clevertouch touchscreens to be installed by early 2022.
What We Think
We wouldn’t normally bother publishing this kind of story, but we published the release that reported the acquisition of the Clevertouch maker, Sahara in the UK just a few months ago. Boxlight must be happy with the acquisition! (BR)
