HP has now officially split its business between HP Inc (NYSE HPQ), now a printer and PC company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE:HPE) which will supply servers, storage and software as well as networking and associated services.

Meg Whitman will serve as chairman of HP, Inc. and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Patricia Russo will be chairman of the enterprise business, and Dion Weisler will be CEO and President of HP, Inc.

Both businesses will have turnovers over $50 billion, so will be significant businesses in their own rights.
