Black Cattle Foods (BCF) is a Chinese soyabeen producer which is getting into OLED panel manufacture, with help from Visionox. (Visionox Developing a 814 PPI AMOLED for VR). The OLED-A reported that the company has added to its funding for the new fab which is a G6 30K substrates per month facility that will be developed in two phases. Ground was broken in March 2017 and the basic construction is expected to be completed later this year. The Association said that a new investor is the China Fortune Land Development Co, which also holds a stake in BCF.
