Bentley is a very traditional brand in terms of the materials used in its cars – including wood and leather – but the brand also values technology. At the Automotive News World Congress in Detroit, the company said that the company is looking at ideas including transparent OLEDs overlaid over traditional materials to allow access to, for example, the audio or heating system. The company is also talking of a ‘membership scheme’ which would give owners access to multiple cars, rather than having to buy their own car.
