AV Stumpfl Celebrates Norway’s Olympic History

AV Stumpfl’s Wings Engine Raw media servers and Wings Vioso calibration software have been used to resurrect Norway’s Olympic past in the Norwegian Olympic Museum. Opened in February, the Museum features the ‘Lysgaardsbakkene’ (‘Jump Hills’) exhibit in the centre: a 3.5m-diameter circular platform supporting a model of two ski jump hills descending from the ceiling. Images are projected onto the hills, managed by the media servers. AV Stumpfl’s products also control other projections throughout the museum, such as 5.5m x 1.5m and 6.8m x 1.5m flat video wall and a 14.5m x 2.7m curved wall.
