Argos Makes Key Appointments

UK retail chain Argos has made two new appointments as part of its strategy to become a digital retail leader. Ian Dobson joins the company as head of customer and market insight, in which role he will lead the development of strategies driven by an understanding of customers and how they shop. Matt Hobbs has been appointed to the newly created role of head of digital engineering to work across digital and IT teams on the continued development of technical and engineering capabilities within the business.
