Kenyan ASO, which has been delayed several times (Display Monitor Vol 19 No 50 and Vol 20 No 48), is apparently set to begin again. Francis Wangusi, director general of the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA), is quoted by local newspaper The Star as saying, “[T]he switch-off must happen before the end of the year, but the exact day will be decided in the meeting”. Wangusi is referring to an upcoming meeting between stakeholders.
