Scaler vendors MStar, Novatek and Realtek have been named as being in a collaboration with AMD. The companies will build devices with DisplayPort Adaptive-Sync and Freesync by the end of the year. The aim of the scalers will be to complement new monitors being launched in Q1’15, which will support the technologies.
