There has been a major reorganisation at the top of AMD, with three executives leaving the company. The announcement came in an 8-K filing in which it was revealed that John Byrne, general manager of the computing and graphics business group, chief marketing officer Colette LaForce and chief strategy officer Raj Naik, had all left the company.
These latest departures follow the promotion of Lisa Su to CEO last October, replacing Rory Read who stepped down with immediate effect. The company also announced a major reorganisation of its business in October, cutting 7% of its global workforce.
