The prestigious awards were granted to Acer for its products in the “Gaming Hardware/AR/VR,” “Consumer Products,” and “Telecommunication” segments. The winning entries include the groundbreaking Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition gaming laptop, the eco-friendly packaging of the Aspire Vero National Geographic Edition laptop, and the portable Acer Connect Enduro M3 5G Mobile Wi-Fi router.
The Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition gaming laptop combines SpatialLabs eye-tracking technology, stereoscopic 3D display, and advanced real-time rendering technologies, providing users with an immersive 3D gaming experience. The 15.6-inch panel with IPS technology and narrow borders enables players to immerse themselves in games, while the option to seamlessly switch between 3D viewing with 2K resolution at 60 Hz and a stunning 4K 2D display enhances versatility.
The redesign of the MiniLED, per-key RGB backlit keyboard on the Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition allows users to customize lighting effects through Pulsar Lighting and the new PredatorSense™ software. The laptop’s back vents have also been thoughtfully designed with subtle RGB lighting along the edges, creating an ambient glow that adds to the overall visual appeal.
The iF Design Awards is a renowned global competition that celebrates and acknowledges exceptional design achievements, emphasizing the importance of design excellence in long-term organizational planning. This year, the competition received nearly 11,000 entries from nearly 4,700 participants across 56 countries. Acer’s entries were meticulously evaluated by a panel of 133 design experts, and they stood out among the 3,576 submissions that received the iF Design Awards for 2023.
