Mitsubishi Electric has released a 12.3″ wide HD colour TFT-LCD module for industrial applications including medical equipment and machine tools. The 1920 x 720 (16:6/8:3 aspect) IPS LCD has 1,600 cd/m² and contrast of 1,000:1 and a wide operating temperature range of -40º to 80º C. The dimensions are 314.5 x 129.5mm x 10.4mm.
