A theme park in the Netherlands has launched a VR recreation of one of its most popular attractions, to allow disabled guests to experience it. Droomvlucht, meaning “dream flight”, was previously inaccessible for disabled visitors to Efteling in Kaatsheuvel.
However, leveraging the power of VR, combined with sensory technology providing wind and scent effects, everyone can now enjoy the attraction, which is themed around 1950s fables and folklore.
