Eiki has a new projector, the EK-350U that uses the Philips ColorSpark light source technology combined with 3LCD technology. Output is 4,500 ANSI lumens with 50,000:1 contrast and 80% brightness uniformity. Resolution is 1920 x 1200 and the light source life is rated at 25,000 hours life. Features include a manual zoom and focus lens with 1.6:1 zoom and 1.09-1.78:1 throw ratio. Inputs are HDBaseT as well as dual VGA & Video D-Subs along with dual HDMI.
Eiki published a short YouTube video highlighting the improved saturation of the EK-350U, although the company doesn’t list any special gamut coverage on its specification sheet.
