We recently reported that UK distributor, Entatech, run by display industry veteran, Dave Stevinson, had gone into liquidation. It now seems that the unsecured creditors may get back as much as two thirds of what they are owed. The tax authorities (HMRC) are owed just under £2.5 million, while the largest trade creditor is Microsoft at £1.2 million.
The result has been because Stevenson has carried on in business as GNR Technology Ltd (Greatest Net Return, apparently!) which will continue in business, with deals already agreed with Gigabyte, Adata, Hannspree, iStorage and Intel. The new company will have fewer suppliers (around 25) than the 70 that Entatech had.
