Acer has added the XB241YU to its Predator XB1 range of gaming monitors. The 23.8″ 2560 x 1440 unit has 350 cd/m² of brightness and has a claimed response time of 1ms from a TN panel with a “standard” refresh rate of 144Hz and an ‘overclock’ rate of 180Hz. The monitor supports G-Sync and ULMB from Nvidia, which flashes the backlight. It has a single HDMI input as well as a DisplayPort input and an integrated 1 up, 4 down USB 3.0 hub.
The monitor is selling on Amazon in the US at $499.
