Mediatek Climbs 50% in June

Mediatek’s revenues rose 49.7% YoY in June, to NT$24.9 billion ($773.1 million) – the highest monthly level since the firm was first listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2001. For Q2 overall, the company generated revenues of NT$72.5 billion ($2.3 billion), rising 49.7% YoY and 29.7% QoQ. For the January-June period, Mediatek’s revenues were up 35.8% YoY to NT$128.4 billion ($4 billion).
