Three new TV ranges, which will be introduced over the coming months, have been announced for the US market by TCL. The S3700, S3800 and S3850 TVs will be Roku models, with UltraHD TVs joining them later in the year.
Few details are available about the TVs at this point, but TCL has shared sizes and some pricing. 32″ ($220), $48″ ($430) and 55″ ($600) TVs will be launched in the S3700 line, with 1280 x 720 (32″) and 1920 x 1080 resolutions. Rollout will begin this month.
The S3800 and S3850 lines will use the same sizes, with the addition of a 40″ model. The only difference between these two lines is in their design (the S3850 has a frame with a metallic finish and an aluminium stand). They will be launched in Q2.
