Heraeus has partnered with DaeHa Mantech of Korea to develop dry heat and UV antistatic and conductive materials. The new materials will be marketed under the name of Clevios F DH (based on PEDOT:PSS).
Clevios F DH materials are intended for temperature-sensitive substrates. The formulations have lower drying times and improved temperature stability when used on polycarbonate and glass. The range is available now.
Hereaus has also announced a Clevios two-part Hardcoat formulation, to offer enhanced mechanical stability. It has a pencil hardness of 6-8H, with a sheet resistance of up to 170 Ohm/square
