Nordic digital signage company, ZetaDisplay, has bought Finnish specialist Seasam for $5 million in cash and financed by news loans and new common shares in ZetaDisplay. Seasam has over 1100 sites in Finland and claims over 6,000 displays in the country. The company bought another Finnish company, Marketmedia Oy, a couple of years ago.
