‘World’s Most Realistic Simulator’ Uses Barco

Norway’s Rørvik Safety Centre provides simulator-based training to the crew of fishing vessels. To provide the most realistic training experience, the Centre recently upgraded its MarinSim simulator, using nine Barco F22 projectors illuminating a spherical screen. Project:synoptry, which supplied the projectors, said that the F22 is “ideal for technically challenging and demanding applications like this set-up.”
