Volta’s ad-supported electric vehicle charging service raises $35M

Volta of the US has raised $35 million to continue its roll out of its charging stations, which combine the charging with digital advertising and which we reported on from Infocomm as Peerless is the supplier. Volta said that it has already rolled out 1,000 stations and hopes to get to 2,000 by the end of the year.
