Small pitch LED maker VOD Visual told us in an email that it would have a 0.7mm pitch display on its booth N1354 at Infocomm this week. The company will have a 62″ FullHD version with 1,200 cd/m² of output and with Rec. 709 chromaticity range. There will be a 165″ 1.8mm pitch and a 110″ 1.2mm pitch displays with FullHD. Other LEDs will be an ultra bright LED at 4,000 cd/m².
What We Think
0.7mm is getting quite fine, but, of course, Samsung showed a 0.63mm which allows a 110″ UltraHD set at ISE last month. (BR)
