Toshiba Refreshes Chromebooks With Higher Resolution

The second generation of Toshiba’s Chromebooks has been introduced, with two different screen resolutions and up to 11.5 hours of battery life.

As Chromebooks, the CB30-B-103 and CB30-B-104 are designed to be used while connected to the internet. As well as the 16GB SSD, owners will have access to 100GB of cloud storage on Google Drive. They are also portable, weighing 1.35kg.

Both Chromebooks use a 2.16GHz Intel Celeron (N2840) processor to run Chrome OS, with Intel HD graphics and 2GB (103) or 4GB (104) of RAM. They feature HDMI, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.

The only difference between the models, aside from RAM, is in their display resolutions. Both have 13.3″ screens, with 1366 x 768 (103) or 1920 x 1080 (104) resolution. They are available now, for €250/€335, respectively, ex VAT.
