MacWorld summarised the latest rumours about an iPad Mini re-design.
- The design for the sixth generation could look like a smaller iPad Air
- 9to5Mac reports that it will use an A15 processor and support USB Type C
- Mark Gurman of Bloomberg said it will have a major redesign
- Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also reported about the thinner bezels, which allows the iPad mini to increase its screen size from 7.9″ to 8.4″
Separately, Nikkei reported that Apple will go ‘All in’ on 5G for its 2022 line-up and will not upadate the iPhone Mini. It quoted forecasts that Apple would try to sell 95 million handsets by the end of January and 230 million this year.
