TCL has shared information about the progress of a G6 LTPS fab being built by subsidiary CSOT, with investment from Hubei Science & Technology Investment Group Co. Ltd.
The Wuhan LTPS Project (aka the T3 Project) was begun in 2014, with a total joint investment of CNY16 billion ($2.4 billion). It is said to be China’s first G6 LTPS line, and will produce both small and medium-sized panels.
