TCL Launches the U.K.’s First-Ever QLED Roku TV

TCL, a leading consumer electronics brand, and Roku, Inc., a pioneer in TV streaming, announced the launch of the RC630K series – the U.K.’s first-ever QLED Roku TV. The highly anticipated 4K UHD resolution product combines Quantum Dot technology, Super Resolution, and 60Hz Motion Clarity, providing colourful, sharp picture quality and a premium viewing experience.

Available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 43” to 65”, the series boasts full-range integrated Dolby Audio, creating a powerful and immersive soundstage for consumers. The slim and sleek brushed metal TV is also HDR premium certified and displays vivid content for all signal types, including HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG.

The Roku Channel, the home of free entertainment on the Roku platform, is available on all Roku devices, with thousands of free movies and TV episodes, including Roku Original Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, which premiered exclusively on The Roku Channel last month.  

In addition, Roku TV models offer consumers automatic updates, a customisable home screen, and a powerful universal search function that shows results ordered by price. It is also compatible with Airplay 2 and voice assistants, including Apple Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant.

The series can now be purchased online at Curry’s. This marks the extension of TCL’s long-standing partnership with the established UK retailer, which released previous Roku models like the 40RS520K and 43RP620K last year.
