ZTE is to sell its new ZTE Quartz through T-Mobile in the US from 14th April. The display is a 1.4″ AMOLED with 400 x 400 resolution and has a 500mAh battery and uses Android Wear 2.0 and the Snapdragon Wear 2100. The company claims 36 hour battery life. Waterproofing is to IP67 and the device has 768MB of RAM and 4GB of storage, a 3G radio and GPS. Needless to say, the watch comes out being quite thick as a result. Some commentators have pointed to a lack of wireless charging, NFC for Android Pay and a heart rate sensor.
