Ströer has completed the acquisition of UAM Media Group (Ströer Gets Green Light to Acquire UAM Media Group). The company has said that it expects a boost in revenues of around €40 million following the deal. The UAM group has a network of more than 10,000 digital displays in Germany in retail, gyms and colleges. No information has been released on the price paid by Ströer.
